Orchard Cottage at Ballawyllin Farm

Orchard Cottage is a luxurious, high quality, open plan dome-shaped cottage. It has a super king sized bed, lounge area with wood-fired stove and 55” TV with Freesat, wi-fi, fully-equipped kitchen area and spacious shower room. It is fully insulated, for cosy stays all year round. It is set in the grounds of Ballawyllin Farm within our orchard area. It has its own outside patio area, exclusive access to an outdoor hot tub, and shared access to a sauna, set in a separate patio area.

The hot tub by the waterfall-inclusive facilities

Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

This apartment is huge with many period features and boasts a massive lounge with log burner and bay window and quite possibly the largest sofa you will ever see. There is a well equipped galley kitchen, separate office area, dining area and 2 further seating areas. Upstairs there is a main bedroom with en suite shower room and a second bedroom with a separate luxury bathroom. It sleeps 4 adults / children. The en-suite has 1 King size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

The courtyard garden may be shared with guests staying in the neighbouring studio. Bluebell Cottage has an elegant open plan sitting room with a log stove and double doors that open out onto the Courtyard. The lounge is elegantly furnished and both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully fitted with all necessary appliances and a comfortable dining area. A King-size bed is in the Master Bedroom. Two twin beds are in the second bedroom; a cot could be added to either bedroom.
