This delightful glamping pod is situated in our spacious, quiet back garden, out the back of our surf school and shop Narosa, right in the middle of Dunfanaghy town. The charm of a camping hut combined with the convenience of electricity, running water, a modern kitchenette and beautiful decor will make this a memorable trip. Come and relax or take advantage of our surf school to make it an active staycation! (We have 2 identical pods, so make sure to check out the Glamping Pod "Tramore" also!)

With St. John’s Point Lighthouse at one end and the ruins of Mc Swyne’s Castle at the other this stop along the wild Atlantic way is full of historical features with Slieve League as a backdrop. We are also 10minutes from Solis Lough Eske castle and Harvey’s point. Dooey Hill Cottage is nestled on the hillside by Dooey beach with Atlantic views, overlooking beautiful Traigheana bay (Bay of the Birds) and the mountains of Donegal. It is on 6 acres including shoreline, secluded yet only 5 minutes drive to local shops and pubs with traditional music and food, and a further 10 minutes to the town of Dungloe with several supermarkets, a bank and numerous traditional pubs and restaurants.

An architecturally designed modern home on the Wild Atlantic Way, overlooking a wild bird sanctuary with an elevated bird hide at the bottom of the garden; binoculars and bird books in the library.
