Only steps from the house is the path leading to the beautiful sandy beach. This is a single lane path. There is also a parking lot at the beach, less than 5 minute drive. Sundog - EV - Walk to Beach & Food - Yard for Dog

Cozy, clean and great vibe! This updated (including solar battery backup) cottage with a modern retro flair is in a walkable location near the General Store, Coastal Kitchen, and main beach access. It is a sleepier section of the village with a peekaboo view of the ocean from the corner of the deck, and pastoral views from the fully fenced backyard. There's even a doggy door for your medium or smaller furry friend. EV charging using our 40Amp Level 2 charger, or plug yours into our NEMA14-50.

Family Beach Cottage

Third generation family cottage with beach, private hot tub on the deck and amazing views of Tomales Bay. The gravel frontage road leading from State Route 1 to the Beach Cottage was once part of the narrow gauge railroad that took vacationers, farm animals and lumber up and down the coast from 1871 to 1930. If you need more space, you can also book our Rustic Beach Cottage, which is directly next door and offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, as well as its own outdoor hot tub and fabulous bay view.

This beautiful studio is the entire ground floor of a classic village beach house just a 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach for you and your pet to freely roam. The guest suite boasts a large secluded deck for basking in the sun during the day, or hosting a BBQ at night-and is dog friendly. It’s convenient for outings to Bodega Bay, Point Reyes, Sebastopol and local seafood restaurants. You can also “walk out the backyard gate” to dine at Coastal Kitchen and take an evening stroll on the beach.

Our home is quiet, relaxing and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is one bedroom (loft style) with a king size bed and a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. The couch is a foldout. Bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with a well-stocked spice cabinet, dining room & large deck with Weber BBQ. There's a smart tv & sound bar, unlimited WiFi, a DVD player, board games & beach toys which you're welcome to use. Or you can just relax in the hammock & watch the clouds go by. No ocean view.

Eagle's Nest Treehouse Farm Stay is a tranquil, secluded, luxurious, romantic wilderness experience in a private forest on a 400 acre working ranch. Thirty feet above the forest floor you are nestled in a gorgeous, well-appointed suite of 1,000 year old polished redwood, with bathroom and amazing copper/glass forest-view shower. This contemporary Frank Lloyd Wright-styled-like home sits on top of a hill with meadows below and towering redwoods that add to a peaceful seclusion getaway, and still only minutes from the hamlet of Occidental (1.3 miles). The pool is open during the summer months only (late May-end of September). The hot tub is on all year-round.
