The soulful dwelling is mid-century modern style w/ expansive decks, lush gardens, outdoor space & a serene, yet hip, interior including a cozy living room, modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The lay out is two separated bed/bath units- offering complete privacy for 2 couples or parents w/ kids! Float the river, soak in the hot tub or just relax. Pets OK- $50 fee

It is a sleepier section of the village with a peekaboo view of the ocean from the corner of the deck, and pastoral views from the fully fenced backyard. There's even a doggy door for your medium or smaller furry friend. EV charging using our 40Amp Level 2 charger, or plug yours into our NEMA14-50.

Bask in the fresh air and views of sand, surf and sunsets from the living room or back deck, or majestic mountains from the front porch. Our cottage offers comfort with a beachy feel. We take great care in the comfort and safety of our guests. Our home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized per the California Guidelines after each guest.
