Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und an einer ruhigen Lage nur wenige Minuten von der Skipiste entfernt. Platz ist für fünf Personen vorhanden. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, kleines Bad und kleine Küche. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung. Hallo liebe Gäste, ich vermiete meine moderne Dachgeschosswohnung an Nichtraucher für Ferienaufenthalte ab 2 Übernachtungen, da ich mich viel im Ausland aufhalte. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in der ruhigen Gemeinde Rueras, Nähe dem Oberalppass und der Rheinquelle. Der Bahnhof von Rueras ist nur 500 m, nächster Skilift (Dieni) ist nur 1,2 km entfernt. Bitte beachten: Bettbezüge, Laken, Handtücher WC Papier bitte selbst mitbringen. Die Endreinigung erfolgt durch die Mieter.
