Die Burgihütte befindet sich auf der Martisbergeralp und liegt zwischen der Bettmer-und der Fiescheralp. Die heimelige Hütte besteht aus einer gut eingerichteten Küche. Kochen mit Gas, Licht mit Solarenergie und ist in einem 15 min Fussmarsch gut erreichbar. Kleiner Wohnraum mit origineller Einrichtung. Schlafraum im Untergeschoss für 6 Personen. WC/Dusche. Grillplatz mit Cheminee, Tisch und Sitzgelegenheit – mit atemberaubender Aussicht! Geeignet für Familien, kleine Gruppen, Senioren, Paare..

Chalet La Barona

Splendido chalet appartato in un angolo nascosto del Piemonte, al confine con la Svizzera situato a 1300 mls. Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

Der Weiler "Hockmatta" befindet sich ca. 4km vom Dorfzentrum von Grengiols entfernt und ist nur im Sommer, dh. von Juni bis Oktober mit dem Fahrzeug über eine Forststrasse erreichbar. Das Wohnhaus wurde im Jahr 1766 erstellt, um ca. 1910 erweitert und 1938 wurde das Obergeschoss ergänzt. In den Jahren 2018-2020 haben wir mit unseren Kindern das Untergeschoss, das Erdgeschoss und die Umgebung des Wohnhauses, welches sich nun seit 4 Generationen in unserem Besitz befindet, komplett renoviert.

La casa è immersa nella natura, raggiungibile solo a piedi a 300 metri dal parcheggio, ma molto vicina al lago e al borgo che offre arte e cultura, splendide viste panoramiche, ristoranti e spiaggia. Ti piacerà per la tranquillità e la vastità degli spazi, i panorami verso il lago e le montagne, l'intimità, il soffitto a vista, la comodità, l'ampio prato intorno. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie con bambini.

La Valle Bavona è raggiungibile anche con i trasporti pubblici ( linea 62.333 Bignasco-San Carlo, 4 corse al giorno). Si possono incontrare lavori lungo la strada. Bellissima posizione nella frazione di Roseto. Rustico rinnovato in modo funzionale. Comoda accessibilità dalla strada principale. Wifi. Giardino a disposizione e braciere con legna compresa. The Chalet "Wasserfallhüsli" is centrally located in Lauterbrunnen and probably offers the most spectacular view in all of Lauterbrunnen. From the balcony you have a breathtaking view of the gigantic and world famous Staubbach Falls. In addition to the Staubbach Falls, depending on the weather, another five waterfalls can be seen. The incredible panorama is rounded off by the church directly in front of the Staubbach Falls.

Ski-in und Ski-out im Winter. Die Wohnung hat eine traumhafte Aussicht mit Blick aufs Matterhorn. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet.
