The loft is separate to the main house but we will always be available to answer any questions you may have. Explore an abundance of cafes, wine bars, and boutiques, all close to this quiet eastern neighbourhood. Adelaide CBD, Magill Road, and Norwood Parade are also nearby, while a short drive reaches the wineries and restaurants of the Adelaide Hills. Situated only 4 kilometres to the CBD you are close to all city events such as the Adelaide Fringe, Womad and Adelaide 500. The loft is a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you directly in to the CBD. You can walk to Magill Road and Norwood Parade within 10 minutes or if you're feeling energetic the CBD east end is approximately a 40 minute walk.

Renovated 1-bedroom unit overlooking the swimming pool, located on Linear Park with a short 10-minute walk to Paradise Obahn. Just a 7-minute bus ride to the City, with a walking and bike track right outside your door. Full use of the swimming pool . A shopping center with a supermarket is within walking distance. Please note, there is a dog upstairs, but it will not interact with guests during stay. Koala bears often spotted in this area. Not suitable for children under 12 due to pool access

Anstey Hill recreation park is on your doorstep, there are walking trails where kangaroos or koalas can be seen and views overlooking the city. My Airbnb was built in 2019. This is an architect designed eco home with lots of light and air. The bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen dining lounge area is upstairs and accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a big city skyline view. There is a full set of kitchen appliances. 51SQ Eco Home (51 square metres) is close to all city attractions including the Central Market, Adelaide Oval and tram. 51SQ is also a great place for work or leisure.
