This home includes 4 bedrooms: a first floor master with a shared bathroom, a second floor master with a shared bathroom, and 2 other bedrooms upstairs (1 queen with private bath, and one "kids room" with 2 full size beds). The home comes w/ access to 6 single kayaks and 1 tandem kayak, along with a pedal boat (with a signed liability waiver). We are located 35 minutes from Jay Peak and Burke Mountain and there is access to the VAST snowmobile trails from the lake. Relax w/ the entire family.

Located on a quaint and quiet street - you will have your own dock, beach, boats, and yard - all the ingredients you need for a fantastic vacation. In case of rain you will be all hooked up with books, board games, and Netflix, Amazon prime, HBO Max, Hulu, etc. Year round fun - as we are right on the snowmobile trail!
