The home has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a loft with a queen size bed. 3 new flat screens, washer and dryer, and all the amenities you could need. New appliances in the kitchen and new pots, pans, and utensils for cooking, as well as fully stocked linen, extra bedding, and towels. Please be aware that the cabin is located right by a Route 17 overpass but, the cabin is beautiful, relaxing and quieter inside.

The Deposit Seed House is located in the small hamlet of Deposit NY. This river front community, with easy access to Rt. 17, is well known for its World Class Fly Fishing & Hunting. This 3-story cement block building, built in 1915, by J.J. Bell, to house his seed distribution business - The Deposit Seed Company was converted into residential usage in 1969. This is an architecturally pleasing & unique building in Deposit, which is quite different than your average Airbnb rental.

The Hamden Inn dates from the early 1840s. It contains two separate units, providing an ideal retreat for small or large groups. Enjoy activities like hiking and fishing plus the antiques, stores and restaurants in nearby Andes, Delhi and Bovina. The quiet town of Hamden is a relaxing place to unwind and this upstairs apartment is designed for long term stays. The inn is just a ten-minute drive from conveniences including a pharmacy, grocery store and a weekly farmer's market.

Located right on the upper West branch of the Delaware River and just 1 mile from route 17 the "River house" is a fully restored and renovated 90 year old bright and open home. Great trout fishing or just relax and watch the water roll by from almost every window. The property includes 3 decks, one right at the rivers edge. The house is fully equipped to cook with spices and utensils. Keurig combo coffee pot and coffee. Bedrooms/ living room are all brand new furniture.

Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.
