This room has a mini-fridge, microwave & utensil drawer, table and chairs, coffee station, and glassware for your enjoyment. Each bedroom has its own 32 inch flat panel TV with Direct TV. There is a built-in closet and hooks mounted throughout the rooms for convenient storage. No detail was left unattended. This room is perfect for individuals traveling together and offers a little more privacy.

An architect's studio. This modern, unique space is new construction in an existing building. It’s on "The Edge" of colorful Cedaredge with the Grand Mesa and its 300 lakes only 20 minutes away. Hike, swim, fly fish, off road, mountain bike, cross country ski, antique, or visit great wineries and restaurants in the surrounding area. Sit on our south deck and sun or meditate with the sound of Surface Creek just a few feet away. Finish it all off with a walk on beautiful Surface Creek Trail.

The log wrapped closet with shelves provides plenty of storage space and you'll fine other hooks strategically placed for your convenience.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Enjoy an amazing view from your apartment or relax by the creek. We are conveniently located 5 miles south of Grand Mesa National Forest and 5 miles north of the charming town of Cedaredge close to Hwy 65. The property is private and quiet . We live above the apartments but are very quiet and easily accessible if you need anything. The Grand Mesa is the largest flat-topped mountain in the world is the perfect place for outdoor enthusiasts.

Cozy Basement in Heart of Paonia

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise.

This is a very unique basement apartment unit in the downtown heart of Paonia with the Paonia ditch running through a quarter acre treed oasis. The whole building is an eccentric hand-crafted living art space that has prior to now been operating as an Artist in residency. This apartment has lots of natural light and an epic sauna! You will have a walk out patio and will be in a two block radius of restaurants, cafe's, and grocery stores.
