All four rooms have an amazing view of the waves or the wetlands. 10 min to Lewes, 10 feet to Broadkill beach, 30 mins to Rehoboth & 45 mins to Bethany.

No property is closer to the beach! Huge decks with amazing ocean views. Quiet and peaceful getaway. The use of the third floor (sauna + jacuzzi + additional sitting room + full bath) is $500 for stays 5 days and less, $100/night for stays over 5 days. Hot tub use can be limited depending on weather conditions. Kayaks and paddle boards are available free of charge with advance notice.
