Please note we do not allow guests in the tent to check in after dark; giving a good orientation to the property in the dark is very difficult. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule! We're keeping this site open week-to-week weather dependent. There is no wood stove in this tent. Please see our other listing, the Hermit Thrush for a wood stove in the tent. The tent will be furnished with a small propane heater which is adequate when ambient temperatures are not too low.

Located a mile away from world class fishing and swimming. Enjoy lounging on the spacious platform, sitting by fire pit, separate cooking area. Take a cold plunge in our spring-fed pond just across the street. Beaverkill River 1 mile away.

The Hillside Retreat

Apple orchard mornings. Firelit nights. Dark skies filled with stars. Privately situated with sweeping views across the Delaware Valley, our 46-acre property offers peace, privacy, walking trails, a pond, fruit trees and native plantings. Once a dairy farm, it is now our homestead. A boutique bathhouse built from locally felled hemlock features a handcrafted shower and outhouse. The tents are intentionally positioned for privacy and are not visible from our home.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Your queen size bed awaits you. Adirondack chairs on the deck for relaxing. A firepit with smore sticks and seating. Gas camp stove and picnic table, cooler, water cooler, lantern, flashlights, outdoor games all here. Woodstove inside the tent for Fall or Winter camping. The Diner is just a short walk away with hot breakfast, wifi and locals. A farmstand next door with some essentials from local producers.

Steady Slope House Wren (Fully Supported Site)

*2hr SAUNA on us if you book weekend of 9/11 or 9/18!!** Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Set high in the trees the Wren House has the best of both worlds, beautiful vistas set back into the woods. Grill out and enjoy your meal on the spacious wooden deck. This is our newest site so please forgive us as it still is a work in progress. The railing is unfinished so you must be careful, children are not a good fit for this site just yet.

Sleep under the stars in a cozy off-the-ground tent nestled in the woods—an affordable glamping adventure with the comforts you need. Just 35 minutes from Bethel Woods Concert Venue, it’s the perfect place to unwind before or after the show. Your stay also includes access to our fully Stocked Bathhouse.

Milkweed Camp - Glamping in a Blueberry Field

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.
