Our outfitted platformed 10’ x 12’ canvas glamping tent is perfectly situated to enjoy a slower pace of life in a quiet rural setting. The Birch Meadow provides privacy beneath a cocoon of cherry birch trees with all the comforts provided for you. Relax by the fire pit, make some s’mores & memories while listening to the stars twinkling in our light-pollution free environment. Perfect for couples & for kids (cot rental available). Trailside Camp - our newest addition to Brook Hollow Homestead. This is a new 10'x12' canvas wall tent on a wood platform. You have the option of having it set up with a king bed or two twin beds. There is an outdoor sink and cooking area complete with a mini frige and a two burner stove. The outdoor shower has both hot and cold water. The outhouse has a standard camping toilet. This area sits at the entrance to our 120 acres and trails. Come for the experience that will last a lifetime.

The Hillside Retreat

Privately situated with wide southwestern views over the Delaware Valley, our 46-acre, solar-powered, cigarette-free property offers peace, privacy, maintained walking trails, a pond, fruit trees and native plantings. Once a dairy and vegetable farm, it is now our homestead. The tents are not visible from our house, and your privacy is respected. Boutique bathhouse with handcrafted shower and outhouse, built on-site from locally felled hemlock.

Steady Slope Hummingbird (Fully Supported Site)

Please note we do not allow guests in the tent to check in after dark; giving a good orientation to the property in the dark is very difficult. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule! We're keeping this site open week-to-week weather dependent. There is no wood stove in this tent. Please see our other listing, the Hermit Thrush for a wood stove in the tent. The tent will be furnished with a small propane heater which is adequate when ambient temperatures are not too low.

Milkweed Camp - Glamping in a Blueberry Field

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.
