Our newly renovated 1BR apartment includes everything you need to relax: bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, outdoor picnic table and complimentary passes for yoga at Inlet Yoga Studio. Although we are not ocean front, we're just 275 steps to the beach, 10 minutes to amazing restaurants & over a half dozen world class golf courses. Unique New Remodel Close to Beach and Golf

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.
