This is a fully equipped, studio apartment at Northwest Square in DeLand. Northwest Square is the adaptive reuse of the 30,000 square foot Trinity United Methodist Church building. Northwest Square has 4 event spaces, a coffee shop, food hall and tap room, a flower and gift shop, a commercial commissary kitchen, and 15 apartments. There is also an outdoor seating area with a permanent food truck. The apartment is fully ADA accessible with a king sized bed, full kitchen, and curb-less shower.

Please be aware that the resort’s parking garage and on-site restaurant are currently closed for maintenance

We have temporary parking next door behind the white fence south side. Parking is first come first sever with your pass. This room features a kitchen area and large size fridge. We require a 7 day booking for most event weeks.
