Burn Brae Sunset Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The cabin is the converted pickers quarters when the property was a stone fruit orchard in the past. Have recently planted feijoa orchard. A small and cozy space with spacious verandahs to the north and west. Situated on a quiet and private 100 acres. Abundant bird and wildlife. The cabin is self-catering. Breakfast is not provided altho’ tea and coffee making facilities and basic condiments are provided. The cabin is not suitable for children.

Kristy's Cabin - at Speakeasy Vineyard

The front veranda looks across Quart Pot Creek and into the township. The cottage is a short stroll to the main street, restaurants and cafes.

The Hideaway is a newly renovated three-bedroom home with the master bedroom on a mezzanine with spiral staircase access, two bathrooms and modern facilities. The front veranda and back deck will have you wanting to spend plenty of time outside enjoying the crisp air and starry skies. The cosy wood fire and outdoor fire pit area will keep you warm on the cooler nights. Located in a quiet part of town, you will get the country feel without the seclusion and are just a short walk from town.

Outside there is a sitting area with BBQ and stunning views of the stables and surrounding picturesque property areas.

We have 12 wineries within a couple of km’s that offer world class wines and Strange Bird varieties. Also, it is a short 5 min walk to the General Store & Bakery as well as the Ballandean Pub, a 10 min drive to Girraween National Park and 5 min drive to Storm King Dam.

The cottage is situated on a 42 acre farm, close enough to town that you can pop in easily to enjoy cafes, festivals and a bit of shopping - but far enough away that you will feel you really have escaped to the country.

Highland Croft Cottage accommodation

The cottage offers you a fully serviced home away from home. The lounge boasts a wood heater with television and dvd player. There is also a BBQ outside with a basket breakfast included in the tariff, plus tea, coffee, milk and sugar. The master bedroom has french doors opening onto the verandah. Both rooms have cosy blankets, doonas and electric blankets. Highchair and cot available on request.
