This four bedroom, two bath home, has been completely remodeled from the ground up with all new everything. Amenities include a 6 person hot tub, fire pit, screened in front and back porches, fiber internet, and smart TVs in every room. A newly completed 3 acre pond is just right out the back so be sure to bring fishing poles if you’d like. Two marinas, and three boat launches just minutes away!

Come relax in this cozy cabin off of Hwy 70 with a gorgeous deck view near north Lake Greeson and Albert Pike Rec Area. Pike’s Place was built in 2024 and boasts beautiful pine ceilings in every room and is decorated to make you feel like you are on a mountain retreat. There’s even a game room for the kids with an arcade machine, foosball table and 65 inch tv so you can quietly relax in the hot tub on the back porch overlooking a peaceful Ouachita morning while the kids play.

A swim beach is a 10-minute walk from the house! The dock on the beach is private, but the beach is accessible for boats. In response to concerns about the road we have added over 80 tons of gravel to make it easy for any vehicle. Let us know if you are traveling with your pet ($50).
