This is mostly our week-day appartement which is furnished in a minimalistic fashion but is deceptively well equipped (e.g. boiling water on tap, floor heating in the bathroom, beautiful crockery). The balcony is south facing with no vis-a-vis which is perfect to spend hours reading in the sun. The flat is located at ~ 8 min from the Crystal Palace Overground and Train station next to which there is Crystal Palace Park and the National Sport Centre (pool, track, bouldering etc).
