Historic Schoolhouse c1866 / Sauna + Hot Tub + Gym

Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond, gym and tennis court.

At the main house (across the way), there are horses, barn kitties, cattle dogs and other friendly animals.

Turn left at the end of driveway and enjoy a scenic walk along Winni. Quiet location but close enough to Lake Winnipesaukee, Mt Major, Wolfeboro, Bank of Pavillion, boat launches, & docks, beaches, restaurants, shopping, sking, snowmobiling, boat rides, scuba diving, biking, kayaking, leaf peeping!

The Skylight Barn with Hot Tub

Soak in the natural light at the Skylight Barn! Only 8 minutes to Highland Mountain Bike Park. Off of the beaten path and private yet a minute's drive to the amenities of Tilton, NH. About 20 minutes drive from the lakes and 35 to the mountains. This second story barn space is a large studio style layout with a 3/4 bath and all of the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Please note that the center beam and shower curtain rod are on the short side, about 5.5 feet tall.

Cottage #174 is one of our 3 cottages. This cozy STUDIO cottage (225 SF ) has a queen size bed/den area , fully equipped kitchen and Full Bath. AC, Wi-Fi , TV with ROKU included. Cottage has its own outside space overlooking the lake with table and chairs making it the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the beautiful lake views. Outdoor area includes a hot tub, fire pit, brand new large deck with dining table/seating, and a gas grill. 1 mile from Bank NH Pavillion and 5 miles from Weirs Beach.
