Our cottage is in a fabulous harbour location right on the Quay and has recently featured on Channel 5's new show Holiday Homes in the Sun! We overlook the harbour beach; Tunnels beach and wedding venue are nearby. The rear courtyard hides a secret sunny garden complete with table and chairs perfect for Alfresco dining and a secluded hot tub. All bedrooms have water views either of the harbour or the Bristol Channel and our garden room has space for wet gear, boards and bikes! Dogs are welcome.

The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

Built with only comfort in mind so you can relax by the warmth of the log fire, read a book or watch TV on the king size bed. This is the place to be still and take in the sunset views, starry night skies and the sound of the river whilst relaxing in the wood fired hot tub with your favourite person.

The lodge sleeps 6 people, with an ensuite double bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a comfortable double bed settee in the spacious living room, plus a second bathroom. 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed (in the same room). Pretty village location close to popular surfing beaches and short drive to amenities. Converted barn loft room offering good size couple/family space with en suite. Tea and coffee making facilities along with a small fridge and toaster. (No Kitchen). Hot tub available on request with at least 24 hours notice. £30 cash payment will be required on arrival. There are facilities to wash off and dry wet suits and boards and to dry wet clothes.
