This unique elevated cabin is built over a natural spring and has a private rock shelter patio and fire pit area. A drop down deck creates a very open feeling punctuated by views of the stream through the trees. Built mostly from timber and stone harvested from the property the cabin features Oak hard wood floors and large glass windows and French doors. The cabin does not have a kitchen or bathroom. A large common area with an outdoor kitchen and bathhouse is less than a minute walk away.

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

This beautiful ranch style brick home sits on 24 acres of mostly wooded property. From the front porch you have a wonderful view of Hinch Mountain. There are 3 beds and 2 baths with a large open kitchen and dining room. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and additional playroom and mud room. 12/10/25 I’m in the process of doing exterior siding on abnb and my house. There will be a bit of noise during daylight hours. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand.
