Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. Beautiful one bedroom Lakeview guest suite that sits on top of the bluffs. In the country just 10 minutes from town. Please note that the space is located on a county road one mile from the highway. If you are traveling on a motorcycle, please be aware you will be traveling down a stretch of gravel road to the guest suite!
