Courtyard Cottage is a quintessential thatched, two bedroom homestay that has been carefully restored to provide a luxury retreat. Spacious & comfortable with open-plan lounge/ kitchen, stone floors, whitewashed walls and oak doors leading out to a sunny courtyard perfect for relaxing after a days exploration . The property is part of a 16th century former farmhouse, set in the centre of an unspoilt Somerset village, just a short walk to a gorgeous pub serving locally sourced food & drink.

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Set in the grounds of our thatched farmhouse but with total privacy and peace. Renovated to a high standard, the cottage is spacious, sunny and has a hot tub for your private use! The perfect get away, with lovely rural views and complete tranquility but local villages and towns are only a stone's throw away. Large well equipped kitchen with dining, 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge and two good sized bedrooms, all tastefully decorated. Award winning gastropub 5 mins walk. A lovely rural retreat.

During lockdown we have renovated and updated our guest house. We are excited to welcome you to our idyllic rural retreat, far away from the hustle, bustle and stresses of everyday life. The top floor of the stable has been lovingly converted with a big bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and large sitting room. Built next to a nature pond and coppice within an AONB, living in the shed connects you to nature. The shed is about serenity, luxury,good design and escapism. In winter we keep you cosy with fires and underfloor heating. There is a private terrace with Pizza oven, BBQ and outdoor dining and living area.

Breakfast on the decking, watch the sun come up next to the meandering stream, gaze at the dragonflies darting about. If you’re really lucky you might see an otter swimming past! Deer are regular visitors too.
