This very private studio apartment is on Anastasia Island, with its own entrance across the street to Anastasia State Park, which includes the St. Augustine Amphitheater in a quiet, friendly beach neighborhood. This ideal location is quite literally "a walk in the park" to a beautiful undeveloped Florida beach; or a 10 minute drive across the famous Bridge of Lions to historic downtown St. Augustine – with quick access to the many local attractions and great restaurants in the area.

Ocean Side Condo Complex. Just to be clear Ocean Side does not mean Ocean Front. You will not see the ocean from the balcony 1 Bedroom 1 Bath. There is a queen air mattress that 2 people can sleep on and can be put in the living room Must be 21 years old to rent IMPORTANT! This unit is DOG friendly. No other pets of any type are allowed. There is a $100 Pet Fee due when you book a reservation. I have to register them before you arrive No trailers or boats allowed or campers

"CORAL COTTAGE" in St. Augustine near the Beach

CORAL COTTAGE is a cute little "beach house" located at St. Augustine Beach. It is tastefully decorated, newly renovated and in an ocean community. The Atlantic Ocean is just a short walk away with a crosswalk for safety. The house has a new deck and railing for sunbathing, outdoor shower, full kitchen, etc. Separate downstairs space efficiency space sleeps 3 and only for upstairs guests for an additional charge. Only shared space is the laundry room.
