There is Direct ATV access from this property on the Town of South Fork’s Trail System to the National Forest Roads. You DO NOT have to trailer your ATV’s from this property. There is room to park Trucks & Trailers as well. You can watch the ducks and geese float by on the river. There is public access to fish a couple hundred yards away and a public boat ramp. You will also have access to the detached garage to safely store your gear out of the elements.

Situated just along HWY 160 this centrally located A- Frame studio cabin is ideal for anglers, skiers, and alpine enthusiasts looking for easy access to all the Southern San Juans have to offer. Wolf Creek Ski area is 17 miles away and the South Fork of the Rio Grande runs just across the highway. Memory foam king mattress, sauna, organic robes, stocked kitchenette, induction stove, chemex pour over, Roku TV, firepit, A/C, heat and boot warmers.

Red Fox Retreat : a charming homestead

Welcome to the Red Fox Retreat, a log cabin on 2 acres in a mountain “neighborhood” (with red fox). There are four bedrooms (one detached in a little back cabin) and three bathrooms (one is detached). If you do NOT need to use the detached extra bed and bath, please let me know so my cleaners can schedule their time accordingly. 🐶We love dogs but please select that you’re bringing (up to two) due to a $100 total fee.
