Bienvenue dans notre charmant nid douillet, entièrement rénové avec goût, offrant une vue panoramique exceptionnelle plein sud sur les Alpes. Situé dans un quartier calme, à quelques minutes à pied du centre animé de Montana, l’appartement allie tranquillité et proximité des commodités. L’arrêt de bus est à 200 m et la gare du funiculaire à 500 m, facilitant vos déplacements vers la station. Un cadre paisible, confortable et soigné, idéal pour un séjour détente entre nature et vie locale.

À 20 m du funiculaire il permet d'arriver facilement en train (pas besoin de voiture!) et de bénéficier des navettes gratuites juste en face de l'immeuble pour accéder aux remontées et pour le reste du village. Une coop est à 100 m et deux parking publics dans les 300m. Sinon parkin facile devant l'immeuble avec parkmetre (payable avec Twint ou EasyPark). Tout se fait à pied. La vue est juste à couper le souffle.
