Our comfortable and inviting annex is sited over a converted 200 year old barn and situated in the quiet courtyard of Rose Cottage. This one bedroom accommodation has central heating, a kitchen complete with modern appliances, a separate lounge area with a Smart TV. DVD player (with a selection of DVDs) and free WiFi. The double bedroom has a multi-award winning Emma Original mattress, a Smart TV and en suite bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower complete with toiletries and towels.

We are child and pet friendly. Each bedroom is en-suite. ,There is a secure private garden. We have tried hard to create a home away from home.

Located in the traditional market town of Penistone, this 3 bedroomed terrace house allows walking access to all the local amenities. The trans-Pennine trail and Penistone Paramount are just around the corner. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with King Size beds and a third with 2 single beds. Downstairs, there is a lounge with a traditional fireplace and a dining room with table to seat six people. There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom with bath and fitted shower. This is an absolutely divine, upmarket property in a secluded part of the countryside. We have a luxurious designer kitchen and bathroom, cosy modern living room and two quiet bedrooms (one double and one can be twin or double). Outside is a lovely spacious patio and well-kept garden with grand views and visiting hens and ducks. Off-street parking for 2. Be aware there is an unfenced pond - young children will need adult supervision.
