Our luxury, dog friendly holiday cottage is a 17thC farmhouse decorated in a country style with a modern twist. With a huge wood burner & beautiful hot tub*, you’re sure to be comfortable. Just 2m from the beach & in ideal walking country, dogs are welcome visitors. The four bedrooms (two en suite) provide ample accommodation with a spacious, cosy lounge & generous dining room. Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

Set in a quiet rural location, Little Springfield is a great place for relaxing. A luxury self-contained lodge in a super location, for families, walkers, cyclists and surfers. A 5 minute drive to Bude and its fine choice of places to eat and drink alongside award-winning beaches of Summerleaze and Crooklets. Opposite the lodge there is a large parking area and paddock exclusively for our guests for softball games, picnics and BBQs, with views across the valley.
