"Anglesey House" Iconic Forbes CBD Heritage Home

"Anglesey House" a two storey, Late Victorian home built in 1884 in the CBD. A wealthy merchant from Anglesey in Wales, loaded two ships with finery that could not be obtained in Australia at the time. William Thomas built Anglesey House with it's seven marble fireplaces, cedar staircase, high and ornate ceilings and sandstone stables in the back garden. Rest in a self contained cottage in Bathurst. It's located next to the house originally built around 1950's. A stylish cottage with kitchen area, bathroom with a washing machine and a dryer, a queen sized bed, and even a sofa bed (which is normally a sofa, you can also use it as a double sized bed). Pls let us know in advance if you need to use it. 1 Car Off-street parking in front of the cottage provided. 1 block to a cafe, a few minutes drive to shops, Bathurst Golf Club and CSU.
