Elm Cozy Cottage is just that. The cottage is located in the quaint historic district of Elm St. It is walking distance from the historic square, minutes from shopping and dining and 7 minutes from Hwy 85 and COHCC. The home is nestled on a quiet street and enjoys a large fenced back yard equipped with a grill, and fire pit for entertaining. The home has spacious bedrooms, brand new washer and dryer and a corner office nook. The home accepts pets, but please be aware of our pet policy.

This is a fully furnished 900 sf cottage detached from main house. Private country setting of 4 acres of wooded land. Hartsfield Jackson Airport is 20 miles away, Falcon Field 6 miles, and 10 miles from Senoia, home of The Walking Dead. Trilith Studios is 10 miles away.
