Comfortable queen size bed with a view of the yard and garden. Private carport parking and private entrance both located in the covered carport. No access to kitchen/main house/property. No pets.

This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. We've got everything you need to have a peaceful and relaxing stay with us. So much within walking distance. 300 meters to the Puntledge River's wooded trails, swimming holes and tubing. Less than 1 km to Courtenay’s bustling 5th Street with great shops, cafes, ice cream and groceries.

The suite is a one-of-a-kind private & fully equipped 1-bedroom suite. It resides in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful forest views and glimpses of the ocean & mountains. A king-size bed, comfortable couch, smart TV, kitchenette, spacious bathroom with a tub and shower are all included in this spacious suite. Outside the suite there is a garden and a coffee table where you can enjoy your morning breakfast and coffee while viewing the forest and listening to bird sounds.

We host a cozy, clean, disinfected, and modern 950 square foot completely self-contained, street-level suite in our family home in Courtenay's heritage Old Orchard area. The suite has In-floor heating and on-demand hot water and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms each, with queen beds and custom floor mattresses are available upon request. Restaurants, stores, groceries, and a Saturday farmer's market in the winter are steps away.
