Welcome to "Dalriada" which is finished to a high standard providing an abundance of space & boasting many modern features, centrally located in the town of Clara. "Dalriada" is located in a mature, quiet, residential estate just 5 minutes walk to the town centre, 15 minutes drive from Tullamore & 25 minutes drive from Athlone. The train station is just a 10 minute walk from the house & serves the Dublin - Galway route. Sleeps 7 comfortably, (2 x double beds, 1 x single bed & 1 x bunk bed).

Find your home away from home in our quaint cottage nestled between the River Barrow and The Grand Canal. Take a stroll or cycle along the famous 46km stretch of The Barrow Blueway or cast your fishing rod into the world of coarse fishing on the Grand Canal. Why not take a walk into town across the Aqueduct and visit some of our favourites such as Mooneys & Brennans or snuggle up to a log burning stove. The local Kids playground is a 5 minute stroll away should the kids need some play time.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Within walking distance of Birr Castle & grounds, the town's cafes and restaurants. Room to store your bikes, Cosy lounge area . A short drive to the Slieve blooms, the River Shannon and the Grand Canal. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with ensuite, Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a children's bunk bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and is located downstairs. Suited towards, families, couples or business persons.

Located 5 minutes from heritage town Abbeyleix in co. Laois is Villa Jokubas a log cabin village set on a hill overlooking surrounding countryside. All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Be treated with all modern luxuries inside and outside, enjoy expansive yard, covered patio areas with private modern hot tubs, "Kamado" BBQ grills, fully stocked bar with taps of our home brewed IPA beer. We charge €25 for hottub or sauna for one use. 2 person per cabin only.

The Lacka Lodge - Kinnitty

Nestled within the Slieve Bloom mountains, Lacka Lodge is new to the market and has recently undergone complete refurbishment. It is situated on the grounds of our family home where peace and tranquility come naturally to this area.Kinnitty is in the heart of Ireland and is little over an hour from Dublin and Galway. It is a day trip from all other cities. Locally you can enjoy fantastic walking and mountain bike trails which are only one minute away and also lead you to Kinnitty Castle.

Scandinavian Wooden Sleeping Barrell

In Monasterevin, this memorable place is anything but ordinary. It’s fully wooden construction imported from Lithuania. It’s seasonal camping style (from March to November) overnight experience for adventurous people who are walking or cycling through our beautiful canal side area or just stopping by for few nights to discover County Kildare. Small breakfast included. There is an opportunity to use steam room ( for a small fee) and use complimentary bicycles (subject of availability)

Babes Cottage

Our cottage is nestled in the beautiful Slieve Blooms mountains. This cottage boasts a traditional thatched roof surrounding by fantastic countryside. The cottage features two cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds and soft linens. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up hearty meals with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Warm up by the fireplace in the inviting living room, where you can curl up with a good book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV.

The Oak - Luxurious 1 Bed Apartment

Located in Portlaoise town centre adjacent to Portlaoise train station this spacious and well equipped apartment gives easy access to Portlaoise town centre and all local amenities. The apartment includes many quality extras including under floor heating with each room individually temperature controlled , balcony and free parking for one car. After booking you'll be asked to choose between one king sized bed in the bedroom or two single beds.

Relax in the centre of Athlone beside the oldest bar in the universe (Sean’s Bar), this apartment is the closest you will get to sleeping on a boat as the waves lap under the balcony and the swans glide past. The apartment is also within walking distance of Athlone train station and close to the centre of town, so you can relax in comfort.
