It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! The cabin also has a hot tub with a perfect view of the Creek. Black Bear Lodge is strategically situated- 15 miles to the PA Grand Canyon, 2 miles to downtown Galeton, and 20 miles to Wellsboro.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just a short walk across the yard is the intersection of Freeman run and the First Fork. Enjoy fishing at either of these streams. Elk viewing just miles from the location. Enjoy stargazing at Cherry Springs Statepark. Enjoy hunting or hiking as property is minutes from State Forest Land. One of Potter County's many snowmobile trails runs right through the property. Enjoy watching deer and wildlife right from the house.

Olga's Upstairs is situated in the heart of Coudersport’s downtown historical district right across from the Potter County Courthouse. It’s a studio apartment in a 100 year old plus building that we are restoring & renovating. It's suitable for families with small children & just steps away from Olga Gallery, Cafe, & Bistro, Yarn at Olga's, & other eateries & shopping venues & only 15 miles from the dark sky capital of the East Coast, Cherry Springs State Park.
