Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Das ehemals Bismarck'sche Gutshaus Bhj. 1770, 2009 komplett renoviert, ist ein idealer Ort für Ferien und auch workation- zum Arbeiten und Ausspannen. Die stilvoll eingerichtete separate Wohnung (155qm) mit eigenem Eingang, Fußbodenheizung, antikem Kachelofen, einem Arbeitsplatz, einer voll eingerichteten Küche und einem Whirlpool neben der eigenen Terrasse der Wohnung sowie einem Sauna-Häuschen im weitläufigen Park bietet zu jeder Jahreszeit die Möglichkeit einer abwechslungsreichen Auszeit.

Echte Auszeit und Natur pur, perfekt für Alleinreisende und Paare. Ideal als ruhiger Ort zum kreativen Arbeiten. Umgeben von Wald und Wiesen liegt das Haus mit herrlichem Panorama von der Sonnenterrasse. Zum Haus gehören 1.200 qm naturnaher Garten, der komplett umzäunt ist. Hier kannst Du viele Waldbewohner erleben. Morgens Eichhörnchen, der Milan zur Mittagsstunde, Rehe am Abend oder der Kauz in der Nacht. Zur Naturbeobachtung dienen Eichhörnchenfutterstelle, Fernglas und Wildtierkamera.

Ein magischer Ort, die Hütte liegt inmitten der Natur an einem wunderschönen Teich. Die Kombination aus Natur und Komfort sucht seinesgleichen. Die Hütte ist in liebevoller Arbeit entstanden und ist neu gebaut. Das Ziel war es modernen Komfort (WLAN, warmes Wasser und bequeme Betten) im rustikalen Stil zu bieten. Der Whirlpool kann vor Ort dazu gebucht werden (40€ pro Aufenthalt) Grillkohle, Anzünder und Holz werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Zudem gibt es Tee, Mineralwasser und Kaffee

Behagliches Haus mit Kamin und Garten

Das Einfamilienhaus in der Kleinstadt Annaburg liegt nur wenige Meter von der Annaburger Heide entfernt. Es verfügt im OG über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, TV und Schreibtisch, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett und Schlafcouch für eine .Person und ein kleines Bad mit WC und Waschbecken. Im UG befinden sich Küche (keine Spülmaschine), Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und TV, Bad mit Dusche und WC. Der Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Kinder und Haustier sind herzlich willkommen!

Ferienwohnung inkl. Whirlpoolabend im Fläming

Ländlich gelegen im kleinen Dörfchen Grebs im Hohen Fläming 45min süd-westlich von Berlin. Der große Gemeinschaftsgarten bietet genug Platz zum Entspannen. Unsere frisch-renovierte Wohnung in der ersten Etage lädt im modernen Stil zum Verweilen ein. Ebenfalls bieten wir einen Abholservice nach Absprache (bis 20km Umkreis) f. einen Aufpreis an. Pool sowie Whirlpool (draußen überdacht) gibt es bei uns natürlich auch und ist inklusive. Bitte uns vorher dazu ansprechen. 😊

Berlin Wannsee Sommerhaus

Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant und alt, kein designer-tinyhouse. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

We like to welcome you in our lovely renovated apartment.It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (ca 90qm) The center can be reached in 10min, Potsdam is 50min away, Berlin ca 90min. Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.
