Newly refurbished, modern, one bedroom, first floor, holiday apartment in a quiet part of Costa Calma on South end of Fuertaventura Island. Located in the closed off and monitored estate of St Ursula, which has its local mini market and it’s 900 meters away from the nearest beach. Restaurants and supermarkets are 5 mins drive or 2km nice walk away. The apartment has sunny terrace with table and chairs, so you can enjoy the view of the community palm garden, sandy dunes and spectacular sunsets.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Perched in front of a valley near Ugán beach, Casa Liu connects with its surroundings both literally and emotionally. This home is encased in floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for outside living to be brought inside. Sunlight pours in, brightening every aspect of this space. And at night-time, you can feel yourself part of the universe, immersed in dozen of constellations.
