In beautiful Falmouth Foreside neighborhood. Walkable to Dockside Restaurant and marina, and 10 minute drive or bus to downtown Portland. 20 minute drive to Freeport shopping. We only accept well- behaved and house- trained dogs, no other pets are allowed for a fee of $75.00 per dog per stay.

It's been thoroughly renovated, and features pretty much all the comforts of home—including a full kitchen with dishwasher, a wood-burning fireplace insert, an all-natural mattress (super comfy), and a clawfoot tub-equipped bathroom. We are within 20 minutes to many beaches, including Lake Winnipesaukee, and provide easy access to head south to the ocean or north to the mountains. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

The Portland Peninsula, which includes the historic Old Port and the downtown arts district, is less than a 10-minute drive across the bridge. The perfect spot for a couple or a fun friend getaway! Several excellent dining spots, coffee shops, and markets are all within walking distance from the house. Bike rentals are 2 blocks away! The local beach is a 5-minute drive /10-minute bike ride.

WiFi, cable. 1 mile to Jackson cross country trails and close to the village of Jackson. Non smoking. The space is 500 square feet. There is a two night minimum stay. Pet friendly. Starting in 2025, we will allow 1 dog without charge. You will be charged $40/stay for a second dog. Please supply information on breed and size.
