Ο χώρος που ενοικιάζεται είναι ανεξάρτητος και αφορά δύο δωμάτια σε δύο επίπεδα (ένα τρίκλινο και δίκλινο με μπάνια), πλήρης κουζίνα, πισίνα με υδρομασαζ, μεγάλη βεράντα με υπαιθρια τραπεζαρία και καθιστικό. Υπάρχει πάρκινγκ και μαγαζιά πρώτης αναγκης σε απόσταση βαδίσματος.

Σε υψόμετρο 1150 μέτρων, βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο των Άνω Τρικάλων, πράγμα που προσφέρει ησυχία αλλά και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε ταβέρνες και καφετέριες.
