"Livadaki Villa" comfortably accommodates 1 to 9 guests, plus 1+ infant, making it perfect for three couples, a large family, or a group of friends. The house features three bedrooms with two private balconies, a bathroom, and a relaxation room with a jacuzzi on the first floor. The ground floor offers a spacious corner veranda, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. Additionally, the basement level is a whole extra apartment that provides extra space and convenience.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται κάτω από το Βυζαντινό κάστρο, με πανοραμική θέα όλου του χωριού και του καστρου. Ο χώρος που ενοικιάζεται είναι ανεξάρτητος και αφορά δύο δωμάτια σε δύο επίπεδα (ένα τρίκλινο και δίκλινο με μπάνια), πλήρης κουζίνα, πισίνα με υδρομασαζ, μεγάλη βεράντα με υπαιθρια τραπεζαρία και καθιστικό.
