The owner’s home is located next door, yet separated by two garage structures, leaving a feeling of seclusion.

We are located in beautiful Cordova Bay. The area is a favorite to locals and tourists. Cordova Bay has an expansive beach. We are a short 1 min walk to beach access and the Beach House Restaurant - closed, Mattick's Farm is a 1 km walk away. Mt Douglas trails and park is a short drive away. The guest suite is on the second floor of our house. It is spacious, fully equipped and has two private entries. There are beautiful views of the ocean, Mt Douglas, San Juan Islands and Mt Baker.

Unwind in your private suite with a walkout entrance on the lower level of our family home, nestled on 2 acres beside Elk Lake Park. Centrally located, we’re 15-20 minutes from the ferry, airport, and downtown, 10 minutes to Butchart Gardens, and 5 minutes to great hiking and biking. Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. No smoking or scented products, please!

A secluded oasis of West Coast tranquility. Our pair of rustic cabins are perfect for those looking to unplug and immerse themselves in nature (no WiFi). Nestled above the Sooke basin, you can take in the stunning views from our spacious balcony or from our cozy bed. Our sunsets are not to be missed! The main cabin features a new queen bed, a spacious work desk, and a cozy loft bed with a reading nook. The second cabin includes the kitchen, dining area, incinerator toilet, and shower.

Enjoy a king sized bed and a loveseat for watching TV. The loveseat is not big enough to sleep. Pls inform me of any breakfast preferences. Northwewst contemporary designed guest house. Lots of sunlight and great views of the Straights, Mountains and an abundance of sea life, eagles, deer, fox, and other wildlife. Private tennis court with basketball hoops. Private cove to launch your kayak or just some great tide pooling. Note; Owners home is on the property. The cottage sets back approximately a football field away from the main house, affording it’s own privacy. Owners are normally always on property.
