Fishing docks and two swimming pools (one outside by the marina and a second heated indoor pool). Bring your water toys, fishing gear, and have fun! We love that our condo is on the 1st floor-on the beautiful Beach Club property (gym, pool, sauna, hot tub, fishing pond) & only 0.2 miles to Whitecap Beach-home of some amazing sunrises! The condo is 565 sq. feet-some guests call it small & some call it just right. Private bedroom with king-attached bathroom. *STR Permit 304488

Newly remodeled first floor studio on North Padre Island only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. This cozy unit features a king size bed and pull out sofa for sleeping accommodations of up to 4 guests. Within the unit you will also find kitchen, bath, dining and living spaces. There are many shared condominium amenities to include pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, laundromat, bbq and more.

L'il Cozy Cottage

Cozy, pet friendly tiny home with one bedroom and loft (loft has two full beds) located in beautiful Bay View RV Resort with tranquil freshwater lakes, two swimming pools, hot tub, clubhouse and kids playground. Laundry facilities available. Aransas Bay and the Copano Bay fishing pier are within 1/2 mile and offer some great fishing. Wonderful front porch for relaxing and bird watching.
