At "Villa Pepita Mallorca", you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is also available (please buy briquettes) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. You’ll love it here because of the peaceful, secluded location, large grounds and above facilities. Please see 'Other things to note' which contains info of use to most guests.

Esta propiedad permite disfrutar del sol y las vistas en un entorno rural. También, se puede disfrutar de la gran piscina compartida (junto a la casa de los propietarios); esta se encuentra a unos doscientos metros de distancia.

It is in the heart of Valldemossa, although in a silent street, with cosy little alleys and their flower pots.Easy access to public transport/ public carpark is 5 mins walk.Valldemossa is a perfect village for relaxing and within easy reach of Palma and other places on the Island (20mins to Palma, 30 mins to the Airport). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families(as well with kids).

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.
