Close access to Snowmobiling, X Country Skiing, Snowshoeing, hiking, fishing and other outdoor activities.

Our cabins are located directly on the Conejos River. In addition we have a beautiful pond stocked with trout. Catch and release barbless hook fly fishing is available on the River or pond separate from booking the cabin upon availability for an additional fee. PLEASE NOTE FISHING IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED in your stay. Please message us to check for availability. Also, please note, we do allow dogs for an additional $50 pet fee. Rocky Mountains surround you in this beautiful 2-bedroom 1-bath cabin. Its off grid, but with modern amenities including star link internet. The property borders the Cumbres and Toltec Railway with a front porch view of the train during train season! Its a short walk to fishing and hiking in the Rio Grande National Forest. This four-season cabin can be especially enjoyable as a cozy retreat once snow flies and can be accessed by snowmobile, XC skis or snowshoes!

The old gold mine by South Fork, It was the shop that was up there. It was taken down and we reassembled the metal part and built this.

Private Cabin on the Conejos River

We offer a great cabin, a stones thrown from the river on our elk ranch. Our all-season cabin can accommodate couples, or groups up to 6, and serve as a home base or launching spot for the areas countless activities. We also offer fly fishing access, if available with a rod fee, this is seperate from cabin, and must be booked in advance. We charge a $100 per pet fee.

Fenced in cozy cobblestone cottage that sits on a large parcel one block from downtown Chama and the Cumbres Tultec Railroad. Walking distance to local shops, restaurants and river. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances and all cooking utensils needed. Beautiful outdoor seating area with gas fireplace and grill.
