Our cabins are located directly on the Conejos River with everything you could need for your stay. In addition we have a beautiful pond stocked with trout. Catch and release barbless hook fly fishing is available by reservation on our river or pond separate from booking the cabin for an additional fee. PLEASE NOTE FISHING IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED. Relax with the whole family at this cozy 3 bedroom home located in the quiet, little town in Manassa in the beautiful San Luis Valley. The San Luis Valley is known for the beautiful mountains, with great hunting and fishing. We are a 15 minute drive to Cumbres and Toltec Scenic railroad, 1 hour to Zapata Falls and Great Sand Dunes National Park, 45 minutes to Colorado Gators Reptile Park. We allow full access to our home but not the garage. We do not allow any type of smoking indoors.

Cat Creek Cabins

You can check out from the rat race and have a peaceful relaxing time with the whole family here. Up in the mountains with BLM land across the road and 72 acres to roam it is nothing but relaxing. Perfect Dark Skies to see a million stars. Amish built with modern convivences. Lots of old west history on this gravel road. You can sit back, enjoy the firepit and the quiet and imagine yourself back then. Corral for your horses and plenty of room for your motorized toys too.
