Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The holiday apartment "Masi Rosmarin" in San Nicolò (St. Nikolaus) is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a mountain view. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with a shower) and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include heating, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. A toaster is available upon request.

Sie können wieder bewusst die Natur erleben, den Vogelstimmen lauschen und die saubere Luft atmen. Die artgerechte Tierhaltung zeichnet unseren Biohof aus. Im sonnenverwöhnten Dorf Lajen nur 500m von unserem Hof entfernt finden sie 2 Kirchen, 3 Gasthöfe, 1 Pizzeria, 2Geschäfte, 1Bäcker, 1Metzger, 1Apotheke, 1Bank.

Das ca. 35 qm große Apartment befindet sich direkt auf der Seiser Alm auf 1700 Meter inmitten der Dolomiten. Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt an der Skipiste und besticht durch das imposante Panorama auf die umliegenden Berge. Das Apartment verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad, einem Balkon sowie ein Studio mit einem großen Esstisch und zwei gemütlichen Schlafsofas. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
