Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Situated overlooking a small pond, great for exploring the breathtaking nearby coastline. We are within walking distance of the South West Coast Path, and some fantastic beaches and coves. Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

Cooking facilities are toaster, air fryer, a microwave with a bacon crisper and an egg boiler. Access to your private accommodation is via a entrance from the shared balcony.
