Many island beaches and parks to enjoy under sunnier skies thanks to the infamous "banana belt". Unplug in the truest sense of the word no electricity or running water. Tent is set up for two. Forest & River Refuge

We offer a comfortable, furnished wall tent in the woods along the Stilliguamish River. It's a private setting well suited to escaping busy urban life. There is a tarped kitchen area for all the cooking, a hot water shower and a gas fire pit for warming up and ambiance as well as a private bench along the river. You can access a rail trail and walk (or bike) 1 mile to Squire Creek or 6 miles to Darrington. We are on the edge of National Forest and there is a lot of hiking nearby.
