Welcome to our 2 levels Lakefront Paradise on deep water Ft. Henry Lake! We have breathtaking 180-degree lake and mountain views from each room and an 18’x28’ private boat dock. Spacious bedroom has a king bed, private bath/shower combination and all of the essential toiletries for our guests. Living area has a separate office that also faces the lake, flat screen TV and sofa/couch seating. Coffee bar has a Keurig coffee brewer, compact fridge and microwave (no full kitchen).

3BR/2BA ONE LEVEL Brick Ranch located next to Bays Mountain 5 mins from downtown Kingsport, W/D, Full Kitchen, 50-inch TV w/cable, WIFI provided. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an added pet fee. Can accommodate up to 6 guests, there is an $10 fee added per guest above 3 per night. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Also located on our 6-acre estate is a 2nd BNB rental the "BEARFOOT CHALET" to allow families to be close.
