There is also a pond on the property. You will feel like you've come home. Pulling a trailer? There's plenty of room for parking and with a coded gate entrance, no worries about safety.

Welcome to Manuel Manor! This is only 5 minutes from Texas A&M and close to all of your favorite restaurants. You may park two vehicles in the spots labeled "A" and the other vehicles may park in the street. We have fast wifi, a work desk, and a comfortable recliner for you to relax and watch TV.
