Terasa features: full audio system in living room, brand new air condition system, sleeping room has a low ceiling, but open view to the high stars. Most suitable for couples and other friendly humans:)

Alloggio in periferia di Trieste, in casa privata, zona tranqilla, comodo accesso, ampio parcheggio privato. A 100 metri fermata del bus, per centro città. Vicino a superstrada per Slovenia e Croazia. Stadio N. Rocco è vicino, a pochi passi pista ciclabile verso centro e Val Rosandra,bar, pizzeria, supermercati. L'alloggio dispone di una camera da letto con due letti singoli avvicinati, anche divisibili. Accesso al Wi-Fi. Zona giorno con macchina da caffè, piastra elettrica, microonde e frigo.

La casa è attorniata dal Bosco del Farneto, i cui sentieri possono regalare l'emozione di avvistare cerbiatti e scoiattoli.

Le camere sono arredate con cura, con pezzi vintage e oggetti realizzati a mano con legno di recupero. La zona è tranquilla e ben servita, il centro si raggiunge facilmente con i mezzi pubblici (bus a 150 mt) o a piedi, con una passeggiata di 20', lungo il Viale XX Settembre. Mansarda Rossetti è una mansarda ad ampia metratura sita all' ultimo piano di uno stabile d'epoca. L'edificio è dotato di ascensore ma è necessario salire qualche scalino per accedere all' appartamento. Offre una vista sui tetti di Trieste e sul Teatro Rossetti. A due passi dal viale XX Settembre, zona pedonale ricca di negozi, cinema e ristoranti, vi permetterà di scoprire la città a piedi sfruttando una posizione strategica. Adatta ad ospitare da 2 a 5 persone. Non c' è Wifi!

It has been our home for a long time and when we had to move in, we renovated and restored it with care, adapting it to the needs of future guests. L'appartamento si trova in centro città, vicino alla zona della "movida triestina", vicino a musei, ristoranti, bar e monumenti, vicinissimo alla Clinica Salus e all'Università Vecchia. E' un'ottima base di partenza per visitare la città senza toccare la macchina! Ha una splendida vista panoramica sul mare ed è adatto a coppie, a chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie.
