The Lost Stone paradise with pool, views and AC

The Old Stone is a 2025 fully refurbished 200 yrs old stone house in the hills of Todi, Umbria. It features a magnificent new pool, AC, high speed Wi-Fi and it is immersed in beautiful nature. It has a large garden, 3 patios, two kitchens, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath and a spectacular living room. Designed for comfort and entertaining, every detail has been thoughtfully curated to blend rustic charm (wood beams, cotto floors and stone walls) with moder luxury in a peaceful, panoramic setting.

Just minutes from Assisi, between Rasiglia, Spello, and the Menotre Waterfalls, the tourist rental welcomes you. Casetta del Mastro is located in the heart of the historical center of Assisi, a few steps away from the Cathedral of San Rufino and a few meters away from the Rocca Maggiore. Close to bars, restaurants, groceries and shops. Equipped with every comfort. It is easily reachable on foot from the Matteotti pay parking. Possibility of free parking at about 200 m. Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.

In seguito alla recente attivazione dell’ ztl, nelle ore di chiusura non si può raggiungere il nostro garage Residenza d'epoca nel pieno centro storico di Assisi, comoda per muoversi a piedi con parcheggio gratuito in loco. La casa comprende un'ampia sala da pranzo con vista sulla Basilica di Santa Chiara, cucina, due camere da letto con due bagni riservati provvisti di vasca da bagno e doccia. Fornita di wi-fi televisione e riscaldamento.
