“Serenity on Sibley” Guesthouse~Close to Downtown

Down the winding road, at the bottom of the wooded hill, “Serenity” awaits. This single-room guesthouse sits on the banks of Sibley Lake. Relax and take in the sunsets from the screened porch. Up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed and a queen fold-out couch. It has a full bath with shower, a kitchenette with island and barstools. Cabin is nice & cozy with plenty of room for the whole family. Bonus coffee bar also for all you coffee lovers. Open deck with fire pit. Perfect for secluded get-away or family vacation & near the beautiful Historic Natchitoches for Downtown shopping. Natchitoches is known for festivals throughout the year including their Christmas Festival.

Iatt Lake Cabins and Kayaks Fish House

360 square foot house on Iatt Lake. Full queen bedroom. Sleeps 4. Full bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. Full Kitchen. Great porch. Adjacent to the lake and kayak launch. Pets are allowed for a $50 non-refundable fee. Pets must be kenneled if left inside alone and on a leash at all times when outside. Kayak and paddle boat rentals including life jackets and paddles available. Kayak rental - $35/day or $60/2 days. Paddleboat, pirogue or tandem kayak rental - $45/day or $70/2 days.

We're 25 minutes from Natchitoches on Black Lake. We are in a secluded area of a dead end road. Enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by Spanish moss covered trees. Under the covered front porch, you'll find comfortable seating with great views of the lake. The large windows provide lake views and let in plenty of natural light. Spend the day in town shopping or enjoying a festival. Return home to relax with a meal on the grill or a glass of wine with friends around the firepit.

KK's Little Cottage

Nestled amongst the tall timbers of The Kisatchie National Forest you'll find respite in KK's Little Cottage. The cottage is located down a dead end dirt road that will make you feel hours from town (though you won't actually be)! Hunter's welcome! You're likely to see some type of wildlife, and it is quite possible you will hear shots fired from hunters. We are continually making improvements to the yard...hoping to add a firepit soon! Welcome to our cozy space, enjoy!!
