Yarra Fox Farm is a working farm property. The 2 bedroom cottage sits on 28 acres in the heart of the Yarra Valley's best wineries. Perfect for families or a romantic getaway for couples who will enjoy a beautiful wood fireplace, outdoor balcony complete with festoon lighting, kitchenette and small dining area. Looking for a quick getaway to the Yarra Valley? Unwind and relax at Grasmere Cottage set on our 32 acre farm and just a short hop away from some of Victoria's finest wineries and wedding locations. Experience the joy of sharing the property with alpacas, cows, chickens and wildlife. Bookings for three nights or more will receive a complimentary cheese platter. We allow small dogs at the Cottage (under 10kg) but if your pooch is larger - you can always book our second property Grasmere Lodge.

Fig Leaf Cottage

The standard price for the cottage is for 2 guests, encompassing a king room with en suite, lounge room, kitchenette including breakfast supplies and snacks, and a deck with views of the Yarra Valley. Should you have more than 2 guests, the second queen room and full en suite will need to be booked for an additional flat price of $160 per night, max 2 people. The cottage sleeps 4 people maximum. If you are booking for 2 guests and you require the second bedroom you need to book for 3 people.
